Chinet – Coffee Calculator
If you’re like a lot of us, you probably don’t think too much about all that money you’re spending every day at the local coffee shop. Well, Chinet thinks we should. So they asked us to develop a Coffee Calculator that could tell coffee drinkers what they spend every year on all those cups of joe. Then we show them how much they could be saving by using Chinet’s Comfort Cup and brewing their own. Participants are given a chance to register for a free Kuerig Coffee Maker, and are encouraged to join Club Chinet for a $1 off coupon. They’re also encouraged to share the experience via Facebook.

Consumer Reports – Year-End Deals Banner Ads
Every December, Consumer Reports scours the auto manufacturers for their best year-end deals, rebates and discounts. Then they publish them on their website so people can see them all in one place. We did a couple of online banner ads for them to let folks know about it. In terms of click-through and view-through rates, they outperformed all past averages. And they significantly lowered the average cost per acquisition. That’s what we’d call a deal.

Hallmark Hall of Fame Contest Microsite

Hallmark Hall of Fame – Lost Valentine Contest II
Based on the overwhelming success of the first Betty White contest, we decided to follow it up with a second one, to coincide with the movie’s debut. Our goal was to get more people actually watching the movie and, again, to increase fans on Facebook, This time, we asked fans to pre-register for the contest, prior to the movie’s debut. They then received an email, reminding them to watch the premier. The email also contained five trivia questions about the movie. After the movie, fans were encouraged to go to a new microsite and take the quiz to be entered in the contest. The winner received a signed Valentine from Betty. The contest netted another 2,100 Facebook fans – a 15+ percent increase. And for the record, 1,117 fans answered all five quiz questions correctly.

OSF HealthCare Milestone Banner and Microsite

OSF HealthCare – Milestone Banner / Microsite
Here’s an online banner and microsite from a campaign we did to celebrate a new, joint expansion project for Children’s Hospital of Illinois and OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. The whole campaign revolved around the idea that the new state-of-the-art facility gave their caregivers an even higher level of technology, comfort and security to help their patients’ health and spirits “shine” like never before. Online banners and print offered up rational benefits that focused on the new attributes the facility offers. Radio and TV spots focused more on an emotional appeal, and featured actual patients, doctors, nurses and staff members singing the song “Let It Shine.” The website housed tour information, facility highlights, testimonial quotes and various “behind the scenes” videos.

Digital Sports Ventures delivers Division I college sports video and interactive applications to media websites and mobile devices. To showcase their products, they asked us to create consumer-facing website called Sports Central, where sports fans can follow their favorite teams, engage with each other and have access to college video highlights. Along with the website design, we also developed a logo system that not only branded the site, but created a visual platform to present a variety of sports, conferences and teams.
