It’d been a while since Faultless had come up with a new product. So when they wanted to launch a new spray starch with stain resistance to specific Southeastern test markets, they asked us to concept an approach. We came up with Bill, a “stain expert” whose intense research shows off the stain-resisting qualities of the new product. We also designed a microsite to complement the TV spot. It gave viewers an inside peek at “lab results” and an extended “interview” segment with Bill and his loyal lab assistant.
